Salad Bar Attendant
Description:
The Salad Bar attendant is responsible to prepare food products for the Salad Bar, stock it with quality products, and to maintain the Salad bar area in a clean and organized condition.
Essential Tasks:
A. Prepares and stores food products using convection ovens, steam tables, vegetable slicer, can opener, knives and electric mixers.
B. Replaces low or empty containers on the Salad Bar with clean containers full of fresh products.
C. Rotates product from old containers to new ones to maximize yields.
D. Follows all recipes and procedures.
E. Uses preparation chart to determine quantities of food to prepare.
F. Prepares and serves only quality foods.
G. Cleans counter, cabinet, and sneeze shields of the Salad Bar with appropriate cleaning solutions.
H. Sweeps and mops floor around Salad Bar area and in prep and storage areas.
I. Responds quickly to all customer requests and questions.
J. Follows all safety and sanitation procedures.
K. Follows procedures and direction from Key trainers, Shift Supervisors and Management.
