The Personnel Manager supervises directly or indirectly through the Assistant Manager and all unit hourly personnel. Through direct observation of employee performance, the Personnel Manager ensures that established food and customer service standards are maintained.

This position is responsible to maintain a high caliber of motivated staff through effective procedures in hiring, training, cross training and proper discipline. Coupled with this is the ongoing testing required of all hourly employees, shift supervisors and maintenance personnel of the certificate programs.
