Description:
The host / Hostess is responsible for seating guests in the dining room, explaining the service system to our customers and assisting the cashier / Order taker with Table #’s of seating placement of our customers.
Essential Tasks:
A. Maximize seating efficiency by seating customers
B. Assists customers with special seating needs. ie. Highchairs, wheelchairs, large parties, etc.
C. Performs Public Relations in dining room by beverage refills and pre-bussing customer’s dishes.
D. Maintains Tile & carpet floor cleanliness.
E. Ensures that all condiment & beverage stations are clean and stocked.
F. Follows procedures and direction from Key Trainers, Shift Supervisors and Management.
