Broiler Cook
Description:
It is the responsibility of the Broiler Cook to see that all entrees ordered by the customers are prepared correctly, meet quality standards, and are served within time standards.
A. Ensures meals are prepared correctly within the given time frames.
B. Handles food using proper sanitation procedures.
C. Prepares food items according to procedure and as ordered by customer.
D. Serves only product that meet quality standards.
E. Required to cook food items using broiler, fryers and convection ovens.
F. Maintains proper stock levels in broiler fridge & freezer to ensure top quality as well as proper amounts of products to serve customer demand.
G. Cleans equipment, floors and utensils.
H. Follows all safety procedures.
I. Follows procedures and direction from Key Trainers, Shift Supervisors and Management.
