Qualifications: Essential Tasks: A. Prepares food items using deep fryer, steam table and convection ovens. B. Cleans and maintains equipment, counters and floors using correct cleaning materials. C. Directly responsible for ensuring baked potatoes and home fries are cooked accordingly to customer volume as well as preventing waste. D. Maintain level of stock in line freezer. E. Ensures all meals meet quality standards and are served with in time standards. F. Follows all safety and sanitation procedures. G. Follows procedures and direction from Key Trainers, Shift Supervisors and Management.
